Round 16 milestone for two great clubman – 50 Games
Congratulations to Casey James Snowden who played his 50th club game for the Kalamunda Cougars last Saturday for the Reserves side against Swan Athletic at Ray Owen Oval.
Now in his third season at the Cougars after making the move over from country Victoria, Casey is known by all as ‘Snowy’. He is the most humble and respectful person you will ever meet.
Casey is the ultimate team man, does all the hard things, the one percenter’s and gives his all every week and never ever complains…ever!!
You will not find anyone saying a bad word about this man. The commitment he shows and respect he has from his teammates is second to none. He is an absolute ripping bloke and great defensive/contested player.
Well done Snowy. I’d like to say Deano will give you a go up forward on Saturday so you can try to get a goal. But I know you’ll be in the trenches in the back line doing the hard yards as usual, supporting the team to get the win. I hope you have a great day and celebrate a win with a glass of red wine. All the best mate.
Congratulations also to Connor Ebsary who played his 50th club game for the Kalamunda Cougars Last Saturday in the Reserves side against Swan Athletic at Ray Owen Oval.
Now in his 3rd year at the club, Connor started with a bang becoming a premiership player in his very first season.
He is an absolute goal kicking machine, in his short time at the club he has been in the top 5 every season in the club for goal kicking honours. His quick burst of speed on a lead and ability to take a contested mark, outstretched and at its highest point make him a nightmare matchup for any defender. Has a great set shot and consistently makes them count in front of the big sticks.
Well-done Connor, love the way you go about your footy. You are a real talent up in the forward line and getting better by each game. Keep on kicking bags of goals and build on it through the upcoming finals series and let’s get a reserves flag to make it two flags in three years!!
