Round 16, 2024 Megan Bruce, another Champion Lady …
Congratulations to Megan Bruce who played her 50th club game for the Kalamunda Cougars last Saturday against the Willeton Blues at Ray Owen reserve.
Now in her 4th season at the Cougars. Megs sets the bar high with her work rate, running out entire games in the midfield. Along with her strong skill set and her competitive nature, she leads from the front by her actions and is beloved by her teammates.
She is tough as nails in the contest and a consistent performer who is in the awards most weeks.
Megan is the reigning best and fairest from last year and this year has stepped into the leadership group as vice captain.
Well done Megs, love the way you go about your footy. The high standard you set in work rate and your competitiveness inspires your team mates to go to another level.
You’ve been such a consistent performer over the years and played a massive role in driving the girls group to getting better each year!!
