Honesty with oneself is an indispensable commodity in ensuring this doesn’t happen to our players and team.
It’s very important to continue our ability to relate to others and relate our aims and ideas effectively.
We all have doubts. We should acknowledge them and aim to overcome them in our training, preparation and competition. We need to let them work for us by knowing to focus only on the task at hand and to close down the mind to outside distractions.
