Congratulations to Kade McKeown who played his 50th game for the Kalamunda Cougars against the Thornlie Lions at Thornlie Oval in round 17 2025.
Kade is a half forward flanker with blistering pace and one that would give the road runner a run for his money. He is great inside at close quarters, showing poise with the football and once he gets out on the outside, good luck catching him!
He was a premiership player with the Colts in 2022 alongside his older brother Braeden and broke into the league side in his second year.
Kade has been having a breakout season this year, coming off a year out of the game with a long term injury, a truly remarkable effort.
Well done Kado, great to see you back out on the field this year and back to your brilliant best.

Jayden is a hard working midfielder with a ferocious attack at the ball. One thing for me that stands out is his desperation and willpower, having the right mindset and energy each and every week.
He wears his heart on his sleeve, never backs down and is someone you can rely on to always give it his best shot. A premiership player with the colts in 2021 he broke into the league side last year playing a career season high 19 games. He has been part of the leadership group in recent years and someone who leads by his actions.
Well done Woody, its been a long road to fifty games with long term injuries along the way, but your commitment, attitude and hard work has never waivered. Enjoy your future with the Cougars!
